I would like to thank Ms. Buket Özkan, i booked 3 rooms by Booking & she helped me in the rooms was next to each with perfect services. Many thanks for the hard tasks man Mr. Ayoub for his services & advices, he answered & helped us for many things either aeries, location & many logistics things. Special thanks for Mr. Yuksel Cici, when i had a medical issue with my wife & her sister, he helped me like you helping your close friend not as a part of his job.

The hotel was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was excellent. The buffet breakfast was extensive and varied from day to day. The location was good. A short walk up to Taksim Square to pick up public transport. A steep walk downhill to Kabataş to pick up the tram to Sultanahmet or ferries across the Bosphorus or out to the Princes Islands. The staff were all very helpful. There are handy small supermarkets very close by.

Pool was bigger than I anticipated and such a great way to cool down after lots of sightseeing. Get a rate with breaky as it's a really good spread and so convenient Gym is big with a Pilates reformer. The airport transfer they arranged was competitively priced, convenient and comfortable. Triple room was really spacious. Make sure to check out the Bosphorus views from the rooftop.
